Linda Rae Taylor

Linda Rae (Allen) Taylor met Heaven’s Angels on Saturday, September 3, 2016. Born May 25, 1951 in Fort Wayne, IN. After graduating from Northside High School, Linda hired with NIPSCO where she retired nearly 43 later. Her friendships there were many. Linda and her late husband, Tom, were instrumental in establishing the Foundation Appaloosa Horse Registry (FAHR). Appaloosa Horses were their passion. She had little time for hobbies, however she was terrific with her small summer garden. Surviving are her parents Paul and Marie Allen, brother, Bobby (Cynthia) Allen, friend Chris Baatz, and step-daughters Tracy Lautenheiser and Dawn Hernandez. She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Thomas M. Taylor.

Memorial service is 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Hockemeyer and Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior.
