Kerry Michael Hultquist

Kerry Michael Hultquist, JD, 50, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022, at his home in Fort Wayne, IN. Born Oct. 19, 1971 in Fort Wayne, IN, he was the son of the late Roger Hultquist, and Sharon Hultquist, who survives. Kerry graduated from Canterbury High School in 1990 and earned his bachelor’s degree from Catawba College in Salisbury, N.C., and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Creighton University in Omaha, Neb. He was lead counsel at the Hultquist Law Firm in Fort Wayne, Indiana for 24 years. Kerry was an avid soccer player while at Canterbury and enjoyed music. His true passion was spending time with his family, especially his twin daughters. He is survived by his mother, Sharon (Shurtz) Hultquist of Fort Wayne, IN; twin daughters, Lily Kay (Hultquist) Keebler and Isabella Lee (Hultquist) Keebler. He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Hultquist, in May of 2021. A memorial visitation to honor Kerry's memory will be held from 3:00 to 5:00pm on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road, Fort Wayne. Later this summer, there will also be a Celebration of Life Gathering and Hog Roast at 4:30pm on Saturday, August 13, 2022, at the home of Sharon Hultquist, 13332 Redding Drive, Fort Wayne, IN 46814.
