Kathryn Christine Ziegler

Kathryn Christine Ziegler, 59, of Fort Wayne, joined The Lord on Thursday, May 18, 2017. Born April 1, 1958 in Frankfort, IN, she was the daughter of Marilyn Swanson, who survives, and her late father, Gerald Swanson. Graduate of Snider High School in 1976, she dedicated a 30-year career to Parkview Hospital. She is remember as a loving wife and mother, and as an "awesome" grandmother. She is also survived by her husband of 40 years, Richard Ziegler; sons, Joshua Ziegler and Jason Ziegler; grandchildren, Ava and Addison; and brother, David Swanson and family. Memorial service is 1 p.m. Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Statewood Baptist Church.
