John Robert “Jack” Hagan 90, of Ft. Wayne, died on November 11, 2011 at 2:46 p.m. Born and raised in Ft. Wayne, Jack was a World War II Veteran, who became a commercial artist and then a fine artist, specializing in portraiture. He lived and worked in Chicago, New York, and Minneapolis, finally settling back in Ft.Wayne. He was a member of the Orchard Ridge Country Club and then became member of The Elks Lodge. He and his wife, Mary Elizabeth Hagan (Betty), raised 7 children. Survivors include: sister, Joan Whiting; daughters, Chris Hagan Nagel (Neal), Lucy Hagan, Liz Hagan, Molly Hagan; sons, Patrick Hagan (Frances), Edward Hagan; sister in-law, Mary Krueger; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his lovely wife Mary Elizabeth “Betty” Hagan and his first-born John Joseph “Joe” Hagan. Service will be private.
