Jeremy Phillip Moore

Jeremy Phillip Moore, 48, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Sunday, July 11th, 2021, at his mother’s home in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Jeremy was born to Stanley and Vicki Moore in Orlando, Florida, on April 24th, 1973, and moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana with his family in April of 1980. He married Leah Mae Duncan in 1995 and had four children with her. Jeremy was an avid disc golfer and worked as a lead software programmer for several different Fortune 500 companies since 1997. He loved his friends and family and enjoyed living in Florida after moving back to his home state in 2016. Jeremy is survived by his four children, Ashley Johnson of Seneca, Pennsylvania, Hudson Moore of Broomfield, Colorado, Samuel Moore of Seneca, Pennsylvania, and Anna Moore of Kennerdell, Pennsylvania; his two grandchildren, Adalynn Rose Johnson and Dawson Avery Johnson, both of Seneca Pennsylvania; his mother, Vicki Smith of Fort Wayne; and his three siblings, Scott Moore of Harlan, Indiana, Chris Moore, and Rachel Hogya, both of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

He was proceeded in death by his father, Stanley Moore, on February 8th, 2002. A small farewell gathering is planned for August 7th, 2021.
