Jacob Dean

Jacob Dean, age 23 passed away on Thursday, September 22, 2022. Jacob was born March 8, 1999 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was the son of Brian Dean and the late Debra Sue (Bartels) Dean. He is survived by his father and step mother Angela Dean, sisters Courtney Shepherd(Joe), Danielle Ulery(Ron), Danielle Sittloh, Andreanna Dean, nieces Sophie Shepherd, Khloe and nephew Kam Smith. A visitation for Jacob will be held Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 4086 - C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 North Wells Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46808, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM.
