Helen Marie Loney

Helen Marie Loney, 91, passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at Sunrise of Bloomfield, in Bloomfield, Michigan. She was born August 17, 1931, in Battle Creek, Michigan, the daughter of the late Harold and Doris Balyeat. Helen worked at Fine Jewelry at LS Ayers for many years. She was a member 1st Presbyterian Church of Fort Wayne, IN. Helen volunteered at Meals on Wheels and enjoyed playing bridge at the Fort Wayne Community Center. She is survived by her sons, C.J. (Scott) Loney of Huntington Woods, Michigan, and John Loney of Cleveland Heights, Ohio; and grandchildren, Vivian and Ryan Loney. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, James George Loney. A visitation to honor Helen's life and legacy will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne. She will be laid to rest at Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
