During her extended illness she came to love the nurses and Sam from Lutheran Home Health Care and greeted them with a great smile when they came to the house on their visits and she had a special love for April. Terri Long also helped care for Ellie during several months of illness. Ellie loved her and looked forward to seeing her in the morning Terri cared for Ellie with great love and understanding. Above all she loved God and His earthly church. She was an active member of St. Peters’ Lutheran Church.
