Diane Lynn Hoffman, 56, passed away Thursday October 27, 2022 at her home in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born April 1, 1966 in Janesville, WI, the daughter of the late Richard Powell and Geraldine Kutz. Diane was an avid Green Bay Packers fan, craft enthusiast, animal lover, and gardener. She loved baking with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Brittany Reid of Milton, WI; Nicole (Jason) Toombs of Fayetteville NC; Brookelyn Weitzel of Milton, WI; Joshua Weitzel of Milton, WI; Crystal Gephart of Fort Wayne, IN; Ryan Hoffman of Cleveland, OH; Michael Hoffman of Cleveland, OH; brothers, Don (Judy) Powell of Janesville, WI; Steve Powell and Richard Powell, grandchildren, Kailey, Alexys, Landon, Bryan, Rose, and Dmitry. She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 25 years David G. Hoffman, October 7, 2020. Private memorial will be held at a later date. Arrangements by D.O.
