Delores Arlene Young, 90, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at Heritage Park. Born February 18, 1931 in South Bend, Ind., she was a daughter of the late George W. and Lucille Muretta (Nester) Folkner. She was a graduate of North Side High School, class of 1949. Delores was employed with Lincoln National Bank for over 10 years and Keltsch Pharmacy, from which she retired. She was a member of St. Joe Community Church. Delores enjoyed roller-skating, ice-skating, fishing, and traveling to include vacations to Hawaii and Germany. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Scott; grandson, Eric David Bornkamp; three great-grandchildren; nieces, Regina and Nanette; nephew, George Jr.; extended family in Valparaiso, Ind., Chesterton, Ind., and Michigan City, Ind.; and friends in Alaska.
