Dale Eric Shaw, 62, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 17th, 2021. He was born in Medina, Ohio to Herald Shaw and Nancy Shuman (Steele) before moving to Fort Wayne, Indiana where he graduated from Snider High School in 1976. Dale served in the Air Force immediately following high school and went on to work as an engineer for Boeing. At the time of his passing, Dale worked for FXI as a Quality Engineer. Dale was a wonderful man that was loved, is missed, and will forever be cherished. His grandchildren always called him "Pop's" and he will be remembered as "Coach Dale" by many others. He was the most kindhearted and laid-back man with more patience than anyone in this world. He was always there to listen and guide. He was also never afraid to tell you what you needed to hear instead of what you wanted to hear. He was a grill master and loved sharing his skills with his family. He proudly wore his remarkable silver hair which only seemed to get better with age. People often say they live by the "Golden Rule", but nobody lived it more than Dale. We are all better for having had him in our lives. He is survived by his beloved wife, Deborah Shaw, Children Jason (Lauren), Jeff (Vicki), Jenni, Terry, his nine grandchildren Jackson, Hudson, Kyzer, Myles, Ayla, Tenley, Ari, Landon, and Harlyn
