CAROL ANN JONES, 66, left for Heaven to receive her wings on Saturday, May 14, 2016. Born in Allock, Ky., she was a lifelong resident of Fort Wayne. Carol was a career server for several fine dining restaurants, notably Cafe Johnell and The Rib Room. Carol leaves behind loving family and friends. "Her wittiness, humor, distinctive laugh and beautiful smile will always be with us." Carol is survived by her mother, Loretta Combs; husband, David Jones; daughters, Mandy Jones and Nicole Moyers; son, Shane Armstong; brothers, Bruce and Larry Combs; four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Garrett Combs; sons, Gary and Brian Martin.
