Candiace Marie Lay, 29 passed away Saturday May 22, 2021 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born in Fort Wayne, IN September 26, 1991 to the late Willie Lobbley and Abigail Lay. Candaice was a loving mother, sister and niece. She is survived by her children, Caylee Berry, Jashawn and Anna Lay, siblings, Joseph Lobbley all of Fort Wayne, IN and Amber Grundy of Indianapolis, IN; aunt Donna Howell, Funeral service will be 1:30 Friday June 4, 2021 at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home 1140 Lake Ave. Fort Wayne, IN with visitation one hour prior. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery.
