Cade Champion Johnson, 3 days young, passed away Saturday September 16, 2023 at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. He was born in Bloomington, IN, September 13, 2023 the son of Courtney and Sierra Johnson.
Cade is also survived by his paternal grandmother Tiffanie (Laurice) Ivy of Chicago, IL; maternal grandmother, Laycie (Jeff Dunning) Long of Ossian, IN; maternal grandfather, Caleb (Beverly) Vanlandingham of Fort Wayne, IN; maternal great grandparents, Bill and Sharon Long of Ossian, IN; and Christine Vanlandingham of Fort Wayne, IN; and paternal great grandmother, Edna Lawhorn of Matteson Illinois.
