Brenda Lee Johnson, 61, passed away on September 4, 2021. She was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on August 22, 1960. She was the daughter of the late Paul and Imogene Lewis. Brenda graduated from North Side High School in 1978. She worked many different jobs over the years from waitress to iron worker. She was a Christian and a devout follower of Jesus. In her spare time she enjoyed helping others and taking care of her family and friends. She had a heart of gold and gave all she could to those around her who she loved. She loved animals and music and enjoyed riding on her Harley Davidson. She is survived by her son, Jack (Heather) Botteron; her daughter, Paula Botteron; her grandchildren, Audrie, Abigail, Brooke and Kammilla; and by her two great-grandchildren, Aurora and Amari. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Imogene Lewis; her two brothers, Jeff and Donald Banks; and by her two sisters, Karen Wysong and Nancy Banks. There will be no public services at this time. A celebration of life will be had in the coming weeks and the family will make an announcement to everyone once details are finalized.
