Virginia Faye Swilling

She was born on March 23, 1940, in Eros, Arkansas to the late Harley Shipman and Alma Stanley. In addition to her parents, She is preceded in death by her Husband Kaye Swilling; Brother Carl Shipman and wife Frankie; Brother in law Bill Needem; and Granddaughter Lyndsey Ray.

She is survived by four daughters, Diana and Husband Mike; Dena and husband Steve; Susan and Husband Timmy; and Pam. Four sons, Mike, and wife Brenda; Tim and wife Angel; Robert and wife Crissie; And Shawn and wife Rebecca. Numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, all of whom she loved very much.

Virginia was retired from the Fort Smith Public schools where she worked as a cafeteria worker for many years. She was a member of the local Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She was a loyal worshiper of Jehovah for forty-nine years and served as a regular pioneer for many of those years. She loved sharing her faith with everyone she met.

Cremation will be overseen by Edwards Funeral Home and a memorial service will be held 4:00pm Saturday, July 16, 2022 on zoom.
