Robert Leon Thompson, Jr., 32, of Roland, OK, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2017. He was born February 8, 1985 in Fort Smith to Robert Leon Thompson, Sr. and Michele Therese Bogart Thompson. He was an electrician/technician for Controlled Access Systems and a Life member of the National Rifle Association.
Cremation was under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith. The family will visit with friends Monday evening from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM at the funeral home.
He is survived by his companion, Kerri West of the home; two sons, Robert Ethan Thompson and Harrison Wayne Thompson of the home; his mother, Michele Thompson of Fort Smith; his father, Leon Thompson of Fort Smith; one sister, Maranda Wright of Fort Smith; and one brother, Jonathan Thompson of Fort Smith.
Memorial service will be held Tuesday, May 9th at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Fort Smith.
