Pat Parker

Pat was a lifelong teacher having taught in North Little Rock, Fort Smith, and Tulsa. She taught because of her love for her students. She made a difference in the lives of countless young people and co-workers in Arkansas and Oklahoma. She was also active in her church as teacher, Elder, and long term student of the Bible. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband, Dr. Steve Parker of Fort Smith; her son, Joe Parker; one sister, Charlotte Flanders of Fort Smith; and four brothers, Don Meador of Charleston, AR., Mark Meador of Fort Smith, Steve Meador of Charleston, AR., and Brad Meador of Hackett, AR. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Honoring Pat’s wishes there will be no funeral service. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
