Gean Paul Fitting, 75, of Fort Smith, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023. Gean was born on April 26, 1947 in Fort Smith to the late Clair Charles and Virginia Gean Fitting. He was retired from Whirlpool. Gean was a Christian, he grew up in the First Baptist Church of Fort Smith. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Eric Fitting.
Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Friday, April 28, 2023 at the pavilion of the Fort Smith National Cemetery. Arrangement are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
He is survived by his two brothers, Charles Fitting (Gay) and Lawrence Fitting (Mary), both of Fort Smith.
