Everett R. Aldridge, Sr., 68 of Fort Smith, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2011. He was a retired U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 208, American Legion Post 31 and a Baptist.
Services will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at Fentress Mortuary Chapel, burial to follow at Fort Smith National Cemetery with military honors. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith.
He is survived by his wife Betty, of the home; three sons, Everett R. Aldridge, Jr. and his wife Lisa of Fort Smith, Russell Aldridge of Fort Smith and Richard Aldridge and his wife Kasey of Van Buren. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
