On Wednesday, December 4, 2019 George Schmidt of Lipton, Saskatchewan, age 93 years passed away peacefully in his sleep.
The funeral service will be held in Living Christ Lutheran Church, Lipton, Saskatchewan on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Don Koch officiating. Interment will take place in Lipton Memorial Gardens.
George was predeceased by his parents Gottfried and Alvina Schmidt and his ten brothers and sisters.
He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews as well as friends and his church family.
