Bill and Mary Lou were avid boaters in every state they lived from Ohio to Michigan to Missouri to Florida. Bill and Mary Lou enjoyed taking family vacations and they placed a priority on the family taking spring and summer family vacations together. Once their kids were out of the home, Bill and Mary Lou ventured out on European excursions. Bill was an engineer in business and in life. There wasn't a project he wouldn't tackle, a patent he couldn't secure, a problem he couldn't solve. He always kept his mind and hands busy. Neighbors, friends, even newly formed acquaintances have noted Bill's open heart, his generosity, and his humor. Even while in hospice care, Bill kept the nursing staff amused with his quick wit and his enduring smile. Bill was really one-of-a-kind. An exceptional husband, father, grandfather, and friend, he always made time to listen and offer up advice or a kind ear to bend. He made everyone feel special. Bill enjoyed his happy hours, his comedy shows and entertaining anyone who was around. Bill was all of these things and so much more to the people he loved so well, he will be dearly missed but his presence ever felt.
