To my  beautiful niece Jackie who brought so much wonderful joy into  our lives.  You were the third baby that I held in my arms.  It was my pride and joy to hold  you because you were my eldest sister (my second mother)  baby girl. 
 When my youngest brother (Michael) and I use to live with Velma and Paul in Portmore , St. Catherine,  Jamaica you made us all laugh so much when you would say "look at Michael pim pim".  (Inside joke). Your passing has made me realize that I need to get to know my family better because I don't really know your children.  What they must be going through is unthinkable.

Tribute To Jackie: My dear Niece Stacy as we all called you Jackie. It is with  heavy hearts that we have to say Goodbye. Though it is the hardest thing imaginable. I will never forget your soft spoken voice. You were the voice of reason even as you were beginning to speak. I remember the excitement and eagerness you displayed on you very first day of Nursery school.  You loved your little brown uniform and held your book tightly under  under your arm .   You loved family. I will never forget how well you treated kids around you. Your gentleness attracted children and adults alike. If there was anyone who didn’t love you they missed out. 

You were a joy to be around as a child and as an adult. I pray that all who knew you will emulate your great qualities. I will love  you forever. I know you are at peace. Your short life was not in vain. Those you touched will use you as a beacon of light going forward. You were the Sunshine that made everyone happy when stars  are gray. I know the Angels are rejoicing having you in their midst. May God bless your loving soul. May  you rest in piece my loving.  beautiful,  considerate adorable  niece.

Stacey was more than a friend to me we were high school friends she’s the Godmother of my oldest daughter we were like sisters when I moved from Miami to Alabama we kept in contact and when I went home to visit she will come pick me up and we will just hang out and have a girls day out I never doubted her love and friendship because I knew she was a true friend and it wasn’t nothing we wouldn’t do for each other it seems like apart me is missing now I love her so much and I’m going to truly miss her I’m going to miss her beautiful smile and the talks we would have whenever I needed someone to talk to. For the past 37 years we’ve been friends I never I never knew how much it would hurt if I didn’t hear your voice or see your face what I would do to just hear your voice and see your face to tell you thank you for All the things you’ve done for me helping me raise my kids teaching Jasmine how to walk babysit in Paris I love you Stacy I’m going to miss you but I know you’re looking down on me until we meet again my love, my  BFF . 

See that picture with both Chris and Jackie...??Now imagine that look, pony tails and all .... covered with green enamel paint. 

Jackie had that same look after she accidentally tipped over a can of oil paint one day, covering her totally from head to toe. 

Her grandma almost had a stroke getting green paint out of her hair that day. Days later they were still finding paint in "odd" places.

She's forever that kid in my heart. Miss you my dear.
