I was fortunate to meet Kenny when I was a young ADA.  I was impressed by his ever present smile and good will. As the attorney for ARPALER  30 years, I enjoyed his spirit.  We really became close during the many years he ran the monthly groups in Fort Myers where his presence as a gentleman and a leader were impressive.  My heart aches for his lovely wife, Carolyn, RIP my brother.

Kenny was made up of the 3 goods.  A good man, a good cop, and a good friend.  Always supportive of the union and its goals to make the RPD a better place to work. Rest in peace brother.

I first met Kenny when I worked at Marine Midland Bank and he was Security. Then I got to work with Kenny at RPD, and then was fortunate enough to reconnect again in Ft. Myers, when Kenny organized the Retirees get togethers. Kenny was such a sweetheart, gentleman and a friend. Kenny will be sadly missed. Condolences to Carolyn and her family on their loss.

To the Rowe Family, my deepest condolences go out to you.  I knew Kenny through work and from my visits to Eddie's Barber Shop.  Kenny was a gentleman in both settings and I greatly appreciated our conversations, and at times, the guidance he gave me.   Things have changed now.  The barber shop is now closed and the stop ins there to just say hi to folks have come to an end.  I last had seen Kenny there when he came back up from Florida to visit.  I'm so glad that I stopped in that day and our paths crossed once again.  Rest in Peace Kenny...

Just want to say the Kenny was a class guy who  I always considered a friend and respected him as a Brother Police Officer.  It is unfortunate that Kenny has passed away, and he will be missed. God Bless. Kenny RIP

I am so sorry to hear of Ken’s passing.  I want to extend my deepest sympathy to the Rowe family.  Ken was a great cop and a better man.  He was such a nice guy and a man of respect.  Ken was a friend to everyone and I am so very sorry to hear this very sad news.

Kenny was a proud, and valued, member of the Rochester Police Department.  He was always a gentleman who had compassion for the people he met along the way of his life.  In his retirement he was a leader in forming the ARPALER South group that has been  active for many years with the monthly get togethers.  RIP Kenny, you will be missed by many.

I was very sad to hear of Kenny's passing.  He was always a gentleman and I especially remember his time in Community Services.  He was loved by his brothers and sisters in the Rochester Police Department.  I pray for all his family that they may feel God's comfort and love and remember all the wonderful memories with him.

Kenny;  the corner man at Main and Clinton who handled my shoplifter calls from Neisners, 200 E. Main St.  Doesn’t seem like 40 years ago, but it is.  Rest in peace to a fine gentleman.
