Jeremy Jay Stewart (J.J), 16, of North Fort Myers was tragically taken from us on November 17, 2018. He was born January 31, 2002, in Cape Coral, FL to Murdock Martin Stewart, Sr. and Vickie Lynn Gustafson. He previously attended Riverdale High School.
Jeremy loved being outdoors and with his friends. He was a very good friend to have and would give the shirt off his back for his family and friends. He was always there if you needed him any time night or day. He loved being in the woods with his friends & loved his 4 wheeler. It didn’t matter what he was doing as long as he was having fun and getting muddy. He enjoyed fishing & loved going air boating in the Everglades with his Uncle Bill. He was an awesome mechanic & could tell you anything you wanted to know about engines. He could tear a motor apart and put it back together in no time at all. He was the “King” of Barter Kings. He would barter something one day & turn around & barter something else the next. He was so smart & had so much potential & was such a respectful young man. He was loved by everyone & will be dearly missed.
Jeremy is survived by his mother, Vickie (Brandon) Dunn; his sister, Taylor Stewart, and younger brother David Kidder both at home. His other siblings in Palatka, FL are Murdock Martin Stewart, Karry Adamets, Chadmen Stewart, and Ashley Stewart. He is also survived by his Uncle Billy Joe Malicoate and Aunt Laura Malicoate; Jeremy is also survived by his cousins Amber (Dwayne) Lattray, and Chelsea Sheene. He also leaves behind a very loving grandmother, Karen Gustafson (mema).
Jeremy is preceded in death by his father Murdock Martin Stewart, Sr., his grandfather Charles Gustafson, and his great-grandmother, Vivian Louise Pitts.
