In loving memory of our mother Anne Humaine Julien. She was born April 5, 1953 in Cayes, Haiti. She was the daughter of Alegene Julien and Ilanie Delly. She was the youngest of 4 children. She moved to Port-Au-Prince, Haiti at a young age with her older sister to help care for her nieces and nephews (Pierre Richard Bourguignon, Bernita Bourguignon-Gouraige, Suzette Bourguignon-Cantave, Bristout Bourguignon and Beatrice Bourguignon-Janvier). She became the sole provider for her whole family after she lost her sister and parents. Anne was an entrepreneur, she sold goods such as clothing, shoes, toys, etc… in La Ville Port Au Prince, Haiti.
She is survived by her older brother Juno Julien, she is survived by 6 children Asnel Avril, Cooksey Jean-Baptiste, Wadna Jean-Baptiste, Amaral Jean-Baptiste, Kendy Jean-Baptiste and Nadia Jean-Baptiste Almezy. She is survived by 16 grandchildren Atiya Avril, Asnel Avril Jr., Amiya Jean-Baptiste, Na’CooksaJean-Baptiste, Jamere Brown, Aysha Avril, Jamilah Clement, Cooksey Lemuel Jean-Baptiste, Amaral Carter Jean-Baptiste, Na’Kenya Jean-Baptiste, Kamilah Dasmy, Sarmilah Dasmy, Amelia Jean-Baptiste, Samuel Avril, Folson Jacques Christian Almezy (Jace) and Kendy Lamar Jean-Baptiste (Mars). In addition, she is survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Anne will be held Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park, 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers, FL 33913. A funeral service will follow on Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at Agape Christian Fellowship, 8270 Buckingham Road, Fort Myers, Florida 33905. Graveside services will be in Lee Memorial Park Cemetery, 12777 State Road 82, Fort Myers, FL 33913.
