Alice Geraldine Roth

Jeri was predeceased by her parents Hector and Emerance Theriault, one brother William Theriault, three sisters Marianne Smrtic, Evelyn Smunk, Helen Brunn, and a step-daughter Cynthia Lynn Caruso.

She is survived by her husband Robert H. Roth, one brother Jon Theriault Smrtic, three step-children Pat R. Minshall, Andrew H. Roth, Robert L. Roth, in-laws, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and one great grandchild.

Jeri was born in Montreal, Canada, on December 16, 1927, and was raised in Watertown, New York. She and her husband Robert have spent the last 24 years in Lehigh Acres, Florida.

Jeri enjoyed life to the fullest and was happiest in her career as an excellent wife and homemaker. In tribute to Jeri’s fine qualities, her husband Bob said, “In 47 years of marriage we never had a serious argument.”

She lived a good life, loved to read, loved her family, and had a strong faith in God. Jeri will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

A celebration of Jeri’s life will be held at the Mirror Lakes Golf Club Restaurant, 670 Milwaukee Blvd SE, Lehigh Acres, Lee County, Florida 33974, on Saturday, January 26, 2019, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Casual dress.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army or the Wounded Warrior Project.
