Warren Perkins was born on June 19th 1963 in Port Of Spain Trinidad to the Parents of Kenneth and Andrea Perkins. He was the first grandchild of Albert and Isola Charles. Warren was the eldest of 3 children, brother to Wayne Perkins and Fitima Hall.
Warren lived with his family on Quarry Road in San Juan, Trinidad. In 1970 Warren moved to the US with his parents where they resided in Brooklyn, New York. Warren attended Wingate High School and graduated in 1982. Following high school he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing at Pace University, New York, NY. He was an alumni member of the fraternity Alpha PHi Delta.
Warren always had a strong ambition and passion for business. His professional career consisted of over 20 years as a banking manager in several financial organizations including HSBC bank formerly known as Republic National Bank. Warren was People person, with the gift of gab, and a love to meet and talk to everyone about their life and their experiences. He loved learning and seeing new things in life. Because of his love for giving and sharing with others he had a unique talent for helping people to get their dream homes or grow investments by getting them mortgages. He later went on to expand his career and experience as a senior mortgage loan officer at Classic Mortgage, LLC and then to JP Morgan Chase finally to his current position as TD Bank where he was promoted to Senior Mortgage Officer TD in West Palm Beach and Florida area and named their highest producer and still working in Tri-State the New York, New Jersey metropolitan area.
Warren enjoyed his young adult life traveling throughout the world with one of his closest companions, the deceased Dale Raymond Kilpatrick for over 30 years. He loved life, he was an original member of the THE SAINT nightclub in Manhattan, and he loved to workout, he was a member of the Steel Gym both here and in Manhattan. He spent many summers with friends and loved ones on Fire Island and participating in many fund raising events.
In 2011 he met the love of his life and married Wayne Alexander Smith on September 15, 2012. Warren treasured and loved Alex as a his life partner in everything.
Warren leaves behind a host of relatives, Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Most cherished are his niece, Juel and nephews Jaedon and Julien.
Warren you are loved and will be missed by many.
