Born on January 21, 1945, in Lancaster, WI, he was the son of the late Owen and Adeline ( Schmidt) Wiedmann. He actually went to a rural one room schoolhouse, with no plumbing , which was always a joke. Owen was well-known for his career as a hairstylist, where he cut hair for many dedicated clients who became his friends. His loyalty to his clients was matched by their loyalty to him.
Owen was married to Ken Levy on December 26, 2015. They shared a life together for almost 40 years, and Owen was deeply dedicated to his spouse, Ken.
Owen is survived by his spouse Ken; a sister, Alta Bennets, and a niece, Amy Hessler. His best friend and soul mate, Bill Larrimer. He was predeceased by his parents and his sister Janet Myers.
