She is survived by her loving wife of 21 years and their five beautiful canines. Her sister Theresa Schraff of Minnesota, her brother Paul Schraff of Las Vegas, several nieces and nephews, two uncles Bob and Eddie Schraff, her Aunt Jean Schraff and many cousins.
She was born on February 9, 1962 in Queens, New York and is preceded in death by her parents Paul and Janet Schraff.
Maureen graduated from Island Trees in Long Island, New York. She was a navy veteran.
Maureen moved to Florida in 1989 where she held many positions in the retail industry, hospitality and was employed with Bankers Life Insurance for 16 years where she became a financial advisor.
Maureen had a wonderful personality and certainly loved seeing people laugh with her stories and life experiences with her wife.
She will be deeply missed by all that had the opportunity to meet her.
A visitation for Maureen will be held Friday, August 27, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33317. A funeral service will occur Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33317. A committal service will occur Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM, 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33317.
