Linda was born in Virginia Beach, VA on August 3, 1951 to Roy and Martha Hampton. It was in Virginia Beach that she would meet the love of her life, Robert Frank Randazzo, whom she would go on to marry on June 14, 1970. Linda and Bob spent every day of the next 53 years living out the promise of their vows. Their love and devotion for one another was the foundation upon which their beautiful family would be built.
Together they welcomed two sons: Bobby and Christopher, and it was as a doting wife and mother that Linda found her greatest joy and purpose in life. Vocationally, Linda was a dedicated Media Clerk for the Broward County School Board, and an active member of the PTA, reflecting the love and care she felt not only for her own boys, but for all the children in her community.
Family meant the world to Linda, as evidenced by the love she would pour into holiday meals and baking (especially her unforgettable pizzelles and rum cake!) and by never missing the opportunity to cheer on her sons or her beloved grandson at their baseball games. A proud law enforcement wife, and mother of a firefighter, Linda and her family suffered the devastating loss of her son, Christopher, in 2019, and we find great peace knowing her joy of being reunited with him in heaven.
Linda is survived by her loving and heart-broken husband, Bob Randazzo, son, Bobby, and grandson, Anthony; brothers, Richard Hampton and Michael Hampton and nephew, Scott Hampton, as well as her extended family and dear friends, all of whom filled her life with such love and beautiful memories.
She is predeceased by her beloved Son, Christopher, and her parents.
