Judd was born in Birmingham, Alabama on November 6, 1933 and raised in New York City, New York.
Judd lovingly married Nancy R. Cox on May 30, 1958; they were married for over 57 years.
Judd enjoyed working at the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Authority Lime Plant for 38 years with a majority of his time being a Superintendent. His greatest pleasures came from woodworking, smoking his pipe, and spending time with his family by the lake. He was also an active member and Elder in the Church of Christ.
Judd is survived by his loving wife Nancy; his children Jean Osman (Craig), Beth Meyer (Jim), Kathy Poplin (Mark) and Scott Hall (Leanne); 7 grandchildren- Chris, Dan, Keri, Tim, Jon, Haley and Mitchell; as well as 8 great grandchildren- Finn, Rylee, Denver, Mason, Liam, Jett, Emma Josephine and Allie.
Judd is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
