Joanne Raudebaugh

Joanne graduated from Shaw High School in Cleveland. After graduation, Joanne worked for General Electric and later, Eckerd Drugs.

Joanne married James H. Raudebaugh on May 26, 1951. Together, they raised a loving family, enjoyed traveling abroad and eventually settled in Plantation, Florida in 1972. Joanne enjoyed being a member of the Plantation Garden Club, even though she admitted to having a “Black Thumb” and was once honored as “Women of the Year” by members. Joanne loved singing with the choir at Five Star Premier Residences during her time living there.

Joanne was preceded in death by her husband, James, after 48 years of marriage and her grandson Mathew. She is survived by her sister in law Elizabeth Goodrich; her children, Robert James ( Teri ) Raudebaugh, Christine Ann (Richard Hodnick) Raudebaugh, David Alan (Christine) Raudebaugh, James Douglas (Jennifer) Raudebaugh; her grandchildren, John, Michael (Alyssa), Eric, Hannah, Lindsey and Mason; her great-grandchildren, Ava Jean, Finley Joanne, Madeline Reese, and Aria Blake.

Joanne was a loving wife, mother and friend to all and will be sorely missed but lovingly remembered.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 13, 2018 from 11:00 am -12:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 13, 2018 from 12:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 2401 Davie Road, Davie, FL 33317. Followed by Internment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens , 2401 Davie Road, Davie, FL 33317.
