I also remember Jeff always being friendly and kind. I remember going with my Dad to drop Aunt Betty with him at work once after she had been to visit Grandmother. I was a new social worker, working with older adults. I had worked in a skilled nursing facility and was exploring career options. He was so encouraging and positive.  Wishing we all had more time with him. He’ll be missed. 

I have the fondest memories of cousin Jeff. He was always so nice to us younger ones. The last time I spoke to him, he told me how proud he was of his sons. I pray he is at peace now in the loving arms of the lord.

Just received this sad news. My heart feels so heavy and yet I believe my dear cousin is free from all earthly cares and is celebrating with his loving mother and wonderful father as well as his faithful sister and catching up on all the things he and his brother would have done had they had more time together on earth.  My cousin Jeff and I always had such good times together and no matter how time separated us we always picked right back up and carried on. His laughter rings in my ears as I am typing this! We will see each other on the other side where tears and sorrows will never interfere!  Sally

My uncle went by the name "Jeff", which is the pronunciation of his initials "JF".  He was my mother's only living sibling. Jeff was a carefree spirit who loved his nephews as much or more than they loved him. He was always fun to be around, full of jokes, laughter and encouragement. He suffered from many internal demons in his life but his love for his family was always at his core. I will sorely miss him.
