Frank was married to Juliet Lloy Morgan on July 31st, 1965 and celebrated their 51st anniversary earlier this year.
Frank and Juliet moved to New York City in 1967. He began a career in the electrical utility industry and worked for the Consolidated Edison Company of New York for 33 years. Frank had a passion for music, dancing, and photography, but most of all friends and family.
He is survived by his wife Juliet, sons Frank D, Frank H, and Bobby. Grandchildren Cassie, Jeki, and Chenelle. Brothers Cecil, Neville, and Derrick. Sisters Shirley, Norma, Pam, Nicolene, and Marcia.
Frank will truly be missed.
