Darlene Lorraine DeBetta age 57 passed in Fort Lauderdale, FL on 3/3/2021.
She was born in Danbury, CT and grew up in Woodbourne, NY where she attended Sullivan County Community College. She then made her way to Manhatten where her professionalism in Nail Art Technology was her passion. She worked many years at Lucky Cheng’s where she would always share her personality with the patrons to make sure they had the best experience. She loved to dance and was known as “The Queen of Limelight”. She later found her love of catering until she retired.
Darlene is predeceased by her parents Joseph and Lea DeBetta. Darlene is survived by her loving life partner Mark Ross, her sister Candis Parsons and her brother and sister in law Daryl and Kelley DeBetta along with 2 nephews, David and Justin Parsons and 1 niece, Lea DeBetta and numerous aunts and uncles. Darlene had tremendous love for her many friends all over the world that she met in her global travels. Arrangements will be at Broward Burial and Cremation, 1801 E. Oakland Park Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306. A Celebration Of Life will be conducted on Monday March 8 at 11 AM in the funeral home. Cremation was requested.
