Carlos attended Meadowbrook Elementary, New River Middle, and graduated from South Plantation High School. Upon graduation Carlos worked as a mechanic until he had to retire well before his age due to his renal failure caused by Alport Syndrome. Carlos enjoyed everyday he spent with his daughter from doing her hair for school, helping her with homework, to visiting all the local zoos and aquariums to help grow and nurture his daughters growing love for animals. He was extremely talented in his art specializing in graffiti and was even invited to do Art Basel. He was an amazing cook and everyone loved to try his culinary masterpieces. Carlos was funny, outgoing, loving, loyal, and always thought of others.
He leaves behind his daughter Chloe Jade Arroyo; his parents Madeline Velasquez-Arroyo and Carlos L. Arroyo; his older Brother Carlos F. Arroyo; his younger sister Madeline L. Anselm; and the mother of his daughter Jessica Alvarez.
Carlos was loved by everyone he ever came into contact with and will be dearly missed.
May the Lord welcome him into his loving arms and may Carlos forever watch over us.
Due to what is happening in the world right now the family has decided to do a small funeral service with immediate family members only. But have gotten prayer cards made for all those who will mourn the loss of Carlos in remembrance of him.
