Brenda Lee Remmy was born on November 17, 1954 to Elwyn & Carrie Remmy in Jamestown New York, passed away on February 3, 2023 after a brief illness. She was raised in Pompano Beach, Fl. She graduated from Pompano Senior High in 1972 and her career spanned 30 years with Southern Bell/Bell South/AT&T.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Vincent Alan Jones, her parents, Elwyn Cleatus and Carrie Doreen Remmy, brothers Michael, Cleatus and Elbert and sister Patty.
She is survived by one sister Karen Black (Bennet), brothers - James Delp and Randy Remmy. Several nieces and nephews. She also leaves many other family members of Venango County Pennsylvania as she was a Proper of that county.
A memorial will be held on Saturday, April 15th in Fort Lauderdale at the KRAEER-FAIRCHILD FUNERAL HOME, 4061 N Federal Hwy at 2PM with a reception to follow. Interment will be at the South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth on Monday, April 17th at 12:30.
