I am the youngest of all. I had the privilege of staying at your house as a child, with nephews almost my age and even older in Shirley's case.
I will never ever forget that my first wedding night was going to be spent in the living room of your house and you were there to hold our hands in that adventure that has been going on for 38 years.
Fly high, little sister. Someday we will meet again, according to the promises of our God. You are now free, healthy and enjoy the presence of Our Lord!!!

Dear Mom , as I sit here, thinking about you the memories flood my mind like a river, overflowing its banks … You were the pillar of strength in our family the one that held us together with your loving care …. Seeing you battle with Alzheimer’s for a long 8 years was one of the toughest things I’ve ever had to experienced… Despite the cruel grip of the disease your spirit shine through and moments of clarity, reminding us of the vibrant loving woman you once were … I watched as dad stood by your side, unwaving in his love and dedication to you …. His devotion was a testament to the power of true love, a love that endures through sickness and health, through joy and sorrow .. I want you to know that your memory’s will always cherish in my heart … I will never forget the sound of your laughter. The warmth of your hugs and the wisdom of your words … you may be gone from this world now, but your love and legacy live on in all of us that was touched by your presence … I take comfort and knowing that you are finally at peace, free from the grasp of Alzheimer’s that stole so much from you … I find solace in the thought that you are watching over us guiding us with your love from above .. I miss you more than words can express mom your absence leaves a void in my life that can never be filled but I find strength in the memories we shared and the love that binds us together ….
