Alex Ray, 49, of Ohio, passed away on June 1st 2023 in Plantation.
Viewings will be held on Tuesday, June 6th between 10am-2pm and 5pm-9pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, which is located at 2401 Davie Rd, Davie FL 33317.
Alex was born in Ohio to John Ray and Virginia O’Flaherty on 02/13/1974. He married his wonderful wife Zulima Caceres on 04/08/07 in Miami, Florida. He worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing for John Galt Insurance for many years. He was also a restaurateur and an avid fisherman. Music was an important part of his life, especially Kenny Chesney, and he was a member of the “No Shoes Nation”. Alex was always willing to help others and was both resourceful and reliable no matter how difficult a situation may have been. He had a passion for living life to the fullest and had a knack for making friends along the way.
Alex is survived by his wife Zuli Ray, his father John Ray, his mother Virginia O’Flaherty, his sister Chandra Posey and his brother Brandon Ray.
