Scot M. Stasukewicz, age 65, of Berwyn, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.

A visitation for Scot will be held on Monday, December 16, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, IL 60130, followed by a prayer service at 7:00 PM.

Interment will take place privately.
