Jacob Sigfrid Carlson SPC, age 23, of Fort Drum, New York passed away on Friday, March 12, 2021. Beloved son of Rachel Carlson and Michael W. (Carolina) Fenske; loving brother of Paloma and Iliana; cherished grandson of Jolene and the late Richard Carlson and Susan and Michael G. Fenske; dear nephew of Kathleen (Daniel Yang) Fenske Yang, Daniel (Trisha Warren) Fenske, Andrew (Kate) Carlson and Emily (Matthew) Tucker; fond cousin of many.
A visitation for Jacob will be held Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, IL 60130. Funeral Services Weds. 10a.m. In consideration of the safety of our guests and associates, Woodlawn Funeral Home will adhere to the current gathering restrictions in the state of Illinois, which allow 50 or fewer guests at services.
