mother to Kimberly (Gregory) Chismark, Sandra Johnson (William Jansen), and Jackie Johnson; cherished grandmother to Rebecca (Lenny) Kapovich, Sarah Chismark (Alex Figueroa) and Adam Chismark and treasured great grandmother to Elle and Charlotte Kapovich.
She worked at Loyola University Medical Center where she was recognized for having perfect attendance for 16 years.
Her favorite pastime was watching “Dancing with the Stars” and any Bachelor or Bachelorette reality show. She also was a fan of General Hospital since it began.
