Muriel was a loving, caring, independent, feisty and strong woman. She had class and sass but was always there to give you love and a Jewish "poo poo poo". Muriel had the honor of living a full 96 years from growing up in the Bronx to settling with her life long love, Harry Hillman. She may have never driven a car or got her license, but she could navigate a Macy’s store better than the rest of us.
Muriel was surrounded by love from her children, many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her love (and her opinions) were so strong she never wavered in her dedication to family. Knowing this, we hope you can feel her love still surrounds you and may you find comfort in knowing that her love and devotion to her family was like no other. She will forever hold a special place in so many hearts.
A funeral service for Muriel will be held Sunday, September 17, 2023 from 9:30 AM at Sinai Chapels, 114-03 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY 11375. Following the funeral service will be a committal service at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, 7800 Myrtle Avenue, Glendale, NY 11385.
