I was lucky to call Charles my friend who was also my coworker. He always had a kind word, a handshake and a joke.  I learned a lot in the short time we worked together. He will be missed by many.

I had the privilege and pleasure of working with Charles a few years  back in the day early 90’s .  Such a gentleman and professional.  My heart felt condolences to the family and friends . Phil K
