Joanne - I have only worked with you briefly and seen you a couple times since joining SCOA. Your smile was like an angel, and you are now a true angel in heaven.

Aunt Joanne was a fun and loving aunt. She was the life of all parties and will be deeply missed.

Joanne was always ready with a smile and to have fun!! Joanne was always trying to take care of others and make sure you were ok. Joanne always took the best care of John, she always said "that's my man" I will always be grateful to her for the love she gave him! Joanne didn't like goodbye so I will say until we meet again my sweet sister in love!

Joanne was full of life and ready to enjoy moments spent with family and friends.  Always ready with a smile and a laugh filled with joy she welcomed my family and sincerely cared about my kids.  I fondly remember how much she enjoyed playing games, especially with her grandson Gio.  The pride she had for her daughter and her grandson was so special.  I will always remember the joy she had as they moved into their first house and started a new adventure.  May you find rest now and your soul be at peace.

From the moment I met Joanne, she welcomed me into her life with warmth and kindness. Her love of life was evident in her radiant smile. Over the years she would extend that same generosity to my wife and kids. 

One of my favorite memories is how she always made a point to remind me to “take good care of your sister.” She never let an opportunity pass to share that heartfelt message.

I promise, Joanne, I’ll take good care of her. Rest peacefully. You are, and will be, missed.

Long walks around Point Lookout, sailing and celebrating the Mets in Aruba, Saratoga and Belmont shenanigans, UBS VIP treatment, Toys4Tots dancing, Bayside mischiefs and all around fun!

I first met Joanne in 1993, when I joined Sanyo.  Always a kind smile, and a nice hello when I came in the office.  Always sat near one another at dinners for the personnel from Japan coming and going.  Always loved her stories about her family, or going up to the races in Saratoga.  I am 74 now myself, and the hardest aspect to aging is losing people we love.

I'm beyond words.. love you eternal Mama Jo ❤️
