Barbara Ann Francis – age 90, passed away on July 12, 2020 in Saginaw, Michigan. Barbara was born on April 7, 1930 to the late Ora and Lela Murphy in Saginaw MI. Barbara loved to play pinochle. She also competed in organized shuffle board with her husband and friends in Ellenton, Fl. She was an avid seamstress and did alterations for many friends and relatives. She enjoyed a long retirement with her husband Robert, wintering at Colony Cove in Ellenton, Florida and spending the summers at Point Lookout near Au Gres, MI. Barbara is survived by her sons, Kent and Rodney, their wives Patricia and Denise, grand children: Melissa, Ryan, Nicholas, and Jane. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert and her daughter Lynn Star. Memorial contributions can be made in her name to St. Jude Children’s Hospital and the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Per the family’s request cremation has taken place. No service is planned at this time.
