Raymond (Ray) was born in Northampton, PA he was the son of Raymond Sr. and Clara (Hamm) Neeb. He graduated from Lehighton High School. Ray proudly served in the Coast Guard for six years where he had the opportunity to live in Honolulu, Hawaii and patrol the Pacific Ocean with trips to Japan. Ray was a successful small business owner until, near retirement, he sold his business and worked for the Bethlehem School District.
Ray and his wife Diana, enjoyed being near the water and taking advantage of everything it has to offer. Boating and fishing were hobbies he enjoyed the most and he shared this passion with his family and friends. While living in Pennsylvania he spent summers in New Jersey at Bakers Acres Campground. Every weekend he was making memories with friends and spending time on the water fishing and clamming until Diana’s passing in 2001.
Ray moved to Florida in 2004 with Carol Mangieri so they could enjoy the beautiful weather and water twelve months of the year. He found a new group of friends when we moved to Planation Oaks in Flagler Beach. He quickly became very active in the community and lead the cooking efforts for the special occasions they held at the clubhouse.
Ray will be remembered for his compassionate personality, his kindness, his devotion to his family and faith. He was a passionate follower of Pennsylvania sports but most importantly the Penn State Nittany Lions, Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies.
He is survived by his son Craig (Nancy); daughter Sharon (Jeff); son Raymond III (Tanya), 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; and sister Ann McFadden.
He was predeceased by his wife Diana (Sensinger), parents Raymond Sr. and Clara, brother Henry and sister Jane Getz.
