Karl M. Mack 80, of Palm Coast passed away peacefully at his home with his loving wife at his side on March 28, 2023. He was born on August 22, 1942 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Karl & Olga Reiser. Karl served in the United States Navy on the USS Essex he was then transferred to Military Air Transport where he was a Load Master. Upon his honorable discharge he then went to work for United Airlines as a mechanic. Karl then branched off and went to work for Xerox and became an expert in repair, he worked his way up to being a branch service manager upon his retirement. His memberships included the American Legion, The Stockbridge Gun Club, Flagler Gun & Archery Club and the Flagler RAMS-Radio Controlled Model Aircraft. Karl enjoyed flying his radio-controlled airplanes, collecting model trains, target shooting and sailing all over the North East on his 27 foot Cabin Cruiser named “Susie Q”. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Susie; brother, Richard (Catherine) Mack; sister-in-law, Nancy (James) TenBrink and many more loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, nephews relatives and wonderful friends.
A memorial gathering for Karl will be held Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Craig Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road South, Flagler Beach, Florida 32136, followed by a memorial service at 12:00 PM. Flowers can be ordered locally through these florists.
