Peter Luboja Saidi, age 35, went to be with our creator at the tender age when most people are only starting to embark on their life’s journey. The diagnosis for his illness came so sudden, and sunset for Peter was confirmed on Sunday, October 14, 2018. Peter was born on July 10, 1983 in the town of Goma, Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. He attended primary school at a missionary institution called Karisimbi. Secondary education followed and he completed his high school career at Institute de la Gombe, Kimshasa. By 2001, Peter and his family came to the U.S.A and settled in Loudoun County, VA. After acquiring the necessary English skills, Peter studied at ITT Technical Institute. He received his BCS in Information Technology specializing in Cloud Security. Peter loved everything about his family and it showed by the way he lived his life. He loved his friends and anybody who had a chance to meet him came away knowing that not only was Peter a friend indeed, but he was the trusted friend in need. Peter, you were an angel, and your family wishes you a peaceful rest. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerome K. Saidi and his older brother Amba Mwepu M. Saidi. Peter leaves behind his beloved mother, Angelani Mitongo Christine; siblings, Jean Saidi, Gilbert Saidi, Mwepu Saidi, Esperant Saidi , Mangaza Saidi, Jerry Saidi, Lydia Saidi, Rebecca Saidi, Gedeon Saidi, Nyota Saidi, Deborah Saidi, Dorcas Saidi, Esther Saidi, Jollee Kayji, Eddie Saidi, Kadi Saidi, Didier Saidi, Ethan Saidi, Johnathan Saidi, Christophe Saidi, and Mungo Saidi. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 26, 2018 from 5-8PM at Murphy Funeral Home, 1102 West Broad Street, (Rt. 7) Falls Church, VA 22046. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00AM on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Providence Baptist Church, 8980 Brook Road, McLean, VA 22102. Burial will follow in National Memorial Park.
